Dear Family and Friends,

Please accept our sincere gratitude for your participation in Conneely Contracting, Inc., Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit The Children’s Room of Arlington.

For all the Sponsorship and Participation that we generated throughout the course of the day, we have raised to date over $18,000 and checks are still coming in, to help support these children and families who are in need of a safe place to go and find ways to heal.

The Children’s Room is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed.  The Children’s Room relies on individual donations for the Majority of their funding.  For more information on how your donation is helping to make a difference in the lives of so many children and families, please visit www.childrensroom.org.

The Children's Room provides support groups to children and their families after the death of someone close to them, typically a parent or a sibling. They provide a caring and safe environment for bereaved families to learn from each other and to deal with their grief and find ways to heal.

Conneely Contracting, Inc wins Big50 in 2008 Remodeling Magazine

Arlington, Ma – Conneely Contracting Inc. has been selected by Remodeling magazine as a winner of the 2008 Big50 Award. The Big50 awards were presented at a gala dinner at the Remodeling Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. on May 5, 2008.  Winning companies are featured in the May issue of Remodeling magazine.

Each year, Remodeling magazine inducts 50 companies who have set the standard for professionalism and integrity through smart marketing, exemplary business practices, unique design, and extraordinary impact in their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers run successful, often growing, companies of various sizes that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.

Conneely Contracting Inc, joins the BPIC committee to rebuild Bishop School playground and Science project

Conneely Contracting has also actively joined in helping out Bishop School and becoming a member of the Bishop Playground Committee.  Last fall, Conneely Contracting along the side of many others, donated their time in rebuilding a safe and inviting playground for Bishop School, which was in desperate need of repairs. Currently, Conneely Contracting has been involved in the second phase of the playground project which is building a new Science Kiosk which includes a community bulletin board with plaques recognizing the donors who have contributed to the project as well as an “equipped weather station” and a sundial both which tie into the Bishop School Science Curriculum. Being a part of the BPIC, and involved in building this playground for our children gives Martin and his company great pleasure to be able to give back to the community.
